Two-time Super Bowl champion Chris Hogan is expected to make his Premier Lacrosse League debut on Saturday for the Cannons Lacrosse Club.
Hogan was inactive for the Cannons in their first game last weekend and tweeted earlier this week that he'd be active against the Whipsnakes Lacrosse Club in Atlanta this weekend.
Turning dreams into reality, I am beyond excited that I have been given the opportunity to dress for my first @PremierLacrosse game. Can’t wait to take the field with my team and compete with the best lacrosse players in the world!

Hogan played lacrosse at Penn State. He was a first-team All-ECAC selection when he scored 29 goals and five assists in 2009. He finished his career with 57 goals and 14 assists.
The 33-year-old entered the NFL in 2012, playing for the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers and New York Jets. The Jets released him in December, and he decided he didn't want to continue playing in the NFL.
Hogan caught 216 passes for 2,795 yards and 18 touchdowns across nine NFL seasons.
